Working with you or your loved one, we will create an in-home personal care plan that’s unique to your specific needs. With expert care available from Six to 24 hours each day (depending on what is needed by the patient), JoAnn’s Healing Hands is committed to ensuring their clients get the assistance they need.

If you have Medicaid, are 18 years of age or older, can manage your own care, and score at least 24 points on a needs assessment performed by the Missouri Division of Senior and Disability Services (DSDS), you might be eligible for consumer-directed services. Consumer-directed services allow you to have more control over your care and also allows you to choose a family member or friend to care for you in the comfort of your home. while your chosen home health aide receives fair payment through Medicaid. You are responsible for hiring and managing your attendant/home health aide as they provide assistance with daily living tasks, including:
